Since entering the industry in 2016, we have developed a rigorous and transparent customization system to ensure that every cryotherapy device perfectly embodies your brand values.
Make PI and pay deposit in advance
Make PI to customers, after receiving advance payment, we will send you product color card and put together a color confirmation sheet to confirm the color of the style.
Confirm details before product production
After the design is confirmed, make the first sample of each style and send pictures and videos to you for confirmation. If there is a problem, make adjustments and reconfirm.
Pay the balance
After completion, we will shoot a finished video for the customer to confirm, and the balance will be paid after confirmation.
Fast shipping
After receiving the final payment, we or you will arrange the transportation. We will actively cooperate with the transportation to ensure that the goods reach you smoothly.

Requirement Confirmation and Contract Signing
After clarifying your customization needs through communication, we will send an electronic contract via instant messaging tools such as WhatsApp.
Once confirmed, sign the contract and pay a 30% down payment.
Sample Development and Fee Policy
After the design proposal is preliminarily finalized, we proceed to the prototyping phase:
- Prototyping Fees: A full sample fee (including product cost and in-depth customization service fee) is required for individual prototyping.
- Refund Policy: When a single order reaches 100 units or more, we will fully refund the cost of the sample unit itself (excluding customization service fees).
- Visual Confirmation: We provide a customized color palette and digital renderings to ensure the patterns on the tub body, lid, and base fully align with your brand’s visual identity.
Rigorous Testing and Interim Payment
Upon sample approval, production enters the precision manufacturing phase, where we enforce the industry’s most stringent quality control standards:
- Performance Testing: Every bathtub undergoes a 72-hour pressure retention test, and the refrigeration unit passes a 48-hour continuous operation test.
- Interim Payment: Upon completion of mass production, please pay 50% of the total order amount.
- Shipping Prerequisite: We adhere to a “payment before shipment” policy; logistics will be arranged immediately upon confirmation of the 50% interim payment.
Global Delivery and Final Payment Settlement
Leveraging Shaoxing’s mature export infrastructure, we offer various shipping terms including FOB, CIF, and DDP:
- Logistics Recommendation: In addition to standard FOB, we strongly recommend that customers place orders through our retail platform and select the DDP option to enjoy a “worry-free delivery” experience with door-to-door customs clearance and tax-inclusive shipping.
- Final Payment: Please settle the remaining 20% upon receipt of the goods and confirmation that they are in good order.
